Help your team feel more purposeful.
build a corporate partnership with us.
These days, we know that employees don't just want a wage. They want to feel like they are contributing to something bigger than themselves.
That's why it's worthwhile to explore a corporate volunteering scheme or partnership that allows your employees to give back in a meaningful way.
The challenge, and how we can partner
Yes, we know. Arranging corporate volunteering can be tough.

Finding a cause that many care for can be tough.
Your colleagues may all care about different things. How do you find something that fits them all?

Putting the logistics together can be a difficult task.
Making sure everyone is at the right place. Ensuring that people are transported there. How do you do all this, at the same time?
why not consider us?
You make a safer and more resilient Singapore, that lifts people, even when they fall.
Yes, we know that there is some resistance to working with ex-offenders, given how it seems like their own individual mistakes, rather than something society should help with.
But here's why your help goes a long way.
Many of them fall into drugs because of environmental factors, and we need your help to build an ecosystem of support.
You create a safer Singapore for future generations.
When we rehabilitate those who struggle with substance abuse, we reduce the number of dealers on the streets, who might otherwise still be pushing drugs to younger, vulnerable youths.
We spend less on incarceration, and more on returning ex-offenders to purposeful work.
The average cost of incarceration is $75 a day. When we rehabilitate them, we get to move ex-offenders to purposeful jobs that allow them to contribute again.
You return them back to their families.
We often forget that ex-offenders have parents, siblings that miss them and love them. We want to help them to return to being the sons, fathers, that they are, and to play an active role in their lives.
Hear what our residents say
after working with volunteers like yourself.
Not only had I experienced a sense of accomplishment after completing the 50km, it actually made me a much more confident person about myself when I discovered the mental endurance I possessed after reaching the summit of each climb even when the slope seemed unsurmountable from a distance.
To add on, this cycling experience has also allowed me to make new friends along the way when we were brought out for training prior to the 50km.

Most important of all would be that when I had the opportunity to observe and immerse myself in the sunrise moments and beautiful sceneries.
It reminded me of the little joys and highs one can get with peace in life. I felt true freedom, peace and joy. It is something that the illegal substances I used to depend on couldn't grant me.
One could say that I experienced the true essence of life.
Once again, thank you for your kindness. I just wanted you to know that what seemed like a small act of kindness actually went a long way. Please keep the love in your heart!

How others have helped

Cycle with our residents and help them find natural highs
Over the last few years, we've had various volunteers help with the conditioning of our residents, allowing them to enjoy life on two wheels, and to build natural dopamine highs.

Volunteer and build a therapeutic garden for our residents?
Every other week, we've had volunteers come in to potter about in our garden, and to eventually build a therapeutic, green space for our residents to rehabilitate in.
