Is The Helping Hand (β€œTHH”) home made goodies Halal certified?
We are not Halal certified but our products do not contain any pork/pork gelatine, lard or alcohol.

How long can I keep the cookies for?
All our products are freshly baked and best consumed within 2 weeks. Please refer to the expiry date on the packaging.

Is THH home made goodies dairy free, egg free and gluten free?
No, they are not.

Do our cookies contain nuts?
We do use nuts in some of our products. Please refer to the ingredients on our packaging, as well as on the product page of our website.

Can I order online and self-collect?
Yes, you may self-collect during office hours from our guardhouse after receiving an email notification. Our opening hours are Mon-Sat 9am-7pm.

Can I choose a specific delivery timeslot?
Timeslot will be arranged by our team depending on prevailing pandemic restrictions. For special request, please email us at: eshop@thehelpinghand.org.sg

How much is your delivery fee?
We charge a flat delivery fee of $8 per location.

What is the minimum order for free delivery?
Any purchase above $60 will include free delivery.

Do you guys deliver on weekends?
Yes, you may email us at: eshop@thehelpinghand.org.sg to request for a Saturday delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays.

What is your refund policy?
As our products are freshly baked, we are unable to do any refunds. Please do check your ordering details before making payment.

What is your delivery policy?
THH is not responsible for any failed deliveries in the event the recipient is not at the location during the time of delivery. Please therefore ensure that there is a recipient at the location during the specified delivery date/time. Alternatively, you may indicate on the order notes during check out to opt for placing item at your doorstep.
