Is The Helping Hand homemade goodies Halal certified?
We are not halal-certified, and our ingredients does not contain pork, lard, or alcohol.

How long can I keep the cookies for?
All our cookies are freshly baked and best consumed within 2 weeks.
Please refer to the expiry date on the packaging.

How long can I keep the croissant for?
Best consume within same day or 3 days if kept in fridge.
You can store croissants in an airtight container in freezer for 1 month.

Are the homemade goodies dairy free, egg free and gluten free?
No, they are not.

Does the cookies/ croissants contain nuts?
We do use nuts in some of our products. Please refer to the ingredients on our packaging, as well as on the product page of our website.

How much is your delivery fee?
We charge a flat delivery fee of $8.00 per location.

What is the time available for delivery?
Orders will be available for delivery within 1 to 3 working days after your purchase between 9am-11am/11am-1pm/ 1pm–2pm/ 3pm-5pm from Monday to Saturday, depending on the quantity purchased. We do not deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays. For special request, please email us at: bakery@thehelpinghand.org.sg or call 9772 7032 during office hours.

Can I order online and self-collect?
Yes, you may self-collect from Business Office (Mon-Sat 9am-5pm) or guardhouse (Mon-Sat 9am-7pm) after receiving a confirmation call or email notification.

What is your refund/ return policy?
As our products are freshly baked, we are unable to do any refunds or return. Please do check your ordering details before making payment.

What is your home delivery policy?
We are not responsible for any failed deliveries if the recipient is not at the location during the time of delivery. You may indicate on the order notes or contact us during office hours on 97727032 to place your order at a safe location near your door.
